We have with us well developed infrastructure facilities that include advanced technology based machinery and a specialized research& development unit. This helps us to achieve voluminous and qualitative production. Our equipped research & development division also helps us to develop innovative quality control procedures that in turn ensure superior product quality and fruitful business operations. We also conduct necessary inspections & testing processes so as to handle necessary wear & tear of the production machinery, thus ensuring smooth operations. Further, we also have with us modern CAD / CAM support facilities for providing customized products. We can also deliver clients with packaging of the products in exact specifications as demanded by them.

Production Programme

We hold expertise in manufacturing longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes & pipes using two different techniques. These include :

• Continuous production from coil
• Production from single sheet metal plates

During continuous production from coil, the basic material can be formed into a tube, welded, heat-treated, calibrated finish. These can also be subjected to nondestructive tests in a single operation, i.e. in-line.

With effective utilization of this process, we can produce tubes in :

• Production lengths of up to 6 m (without round welds)
• With wall thicknesses up to 1.5 mm.
